Melissa grew up in the small town of Winnsboro, TX and graduated from Trinity Valley Community College with a degree in Nursing. She always knew she’d want to raise her own family in a small town, so her and her husband, Lance, landed in Liberty City, TX. She couldn’t be more thankful that she gets to raise her two kids, Baylee and Fisher, in this small community they call home!

Melissa and her husband started their own investment company in 2018. Melissa remembers selling their first property and how excited the buyer was to have a home she could call her own. It was then, that Melissa knew this adventure would be more than just buying and selling houses. It would be more about being a part of the most important purchase in someone’s life and that feeling of helping their dreams come true. She has always had a love for helping people and making people happy. After accruing several rental properties, she realized getting her real estate license would be very beneficial for not only her investment company, but her community. Melissa received her real estate license in 2023 and is ecstatic about this new season of her life. Her knowledge of the industry and the buying/selling process as an investor is sure to shine through when helping her clients navigate through the real estate process.
